Get djlsr200.zip
cd src/libc/posix/sys/stat
gcc -O2 -DTEST stat.c -o stat.exe
stat 0 filename_on_net_drive

Check results.  Please debug a bit (add a printf or two, play with gdb/fsdb)
and let us know what you find.  We can't debug these things without a 
similar system.  BTW, LFN=n by default in beta 5 - are you using an old
djgpp.env?  Is it trying to use long names or short names when this fails?
