DJGPP is a 32-bit C/C++/Etc MS-DOS development kit based on the GNU
utilities and a custom runtime.  Release 2.00 completes an almost two
year development cycle, and provides must more POSIX-like behavior and
many added features.  This upload constitutes the core part of djgpp;
other uploads and releases are expected over the next month or so as
we wrap up the side projects (like the FAQ).
