The preceding line is from an e-mail msg from the person working on
the Win32 port of GCC at Cygnus.  I haven't had the opportunity to
try it, but I know that the indicated sub-dir does in fact exist,
w/ an *apparently* operational port including support for Win32
resources and resource binding to executables as well as support for
the ability to create DLLs, as memory serves.  Of course, this isn't
DJGPP, but it *is* from the FSF GCC/GPP family...
