Subject: What's the simplest way to comply with the licence?

Hello;

when I distribute my programs compiled with DJGPP (and linked with its libraries),
do I have to become a provider of the entire DJGPP package, or is it enough
if I just add an info like "the C tools and libraries used to build this
program are available on the Internet at..." ?

I'd like to make some stuff to circulate as free- or shareware, but shudder
to imagine people queuing at my door for DJGPP *AND* instructions how to use it.
Unless this is precisely the burden Delorie expect me to take over,
in exchange for the privilege of using the package?

Cheers,
Leszek Luchowski.
