Please note that this information has been covered in the FAQ, 
and has been the subject of at least one message a day in this 
group. That said, the proper way to get DJGPP to compile C++ 
is to run "gcc [filename] -lgpp" - the important thing is that 
the name of the library is placed *last*.

Note to the maintainer of the FAQ: perhaps this info should be 
closer to the beginning of the FAQ, rather than in sec. 8
