The DJGPP FAQ list explicitly says in section 11.5 that ``you must 
download and unzip the RSXWDK2 source archive, not only the binaries 
(otherwise you'll get General Protection Faults when you try to run DJGPP 
programs)''.  Did you get the source archive?
