The GNU termcap library compiles with few (if any -- it's been a
while) modifications.  If you can, grab the termcap library from the
Emacs distribution, because it includes an internal termcap entry for
MS-DOS so you don't actually need a termcap file.  If you can't get it
going, I have a modified copy of termcap-1.3.tar.gz with the MS-DOS
internal termcap merged in.  I just have to find it.
