I have a program that uses PDCURSES V2.2 with 1.12M4 fine, but I have
the following problems with 2.0b4 release:
1) PCDISP.C has a problem with dosmemput functions.
 	I have tried to locate why the program complied fine under
1.12M4 as the dosmemput function is the same as in V2.0b4.
2) When I run the application the following error occurs. I think this
is a segment volation error due to the bug in PCDISP.C

Has anyone got PDCURSES V2.2 working with 2.0b4? If so where can I get
it from.
