You didn't install the maintenance releases.  Please download the DJGPP 
FAQ list (faq102.zip from the same place you got DJGPP) and read section 
6.1 there.  It explains the cause of your problem and points you at 
another section which explains how to download and apply maintenance 
releases (aka patches to the original distribution).

After you've applied the maintenance releases, rerun the testit batch 
file.  You should be OK now.
