That's the important line. Get the maintenance releases!

Somehow DJ worked some sly magic so that the original release won't run
until you get up to date in the maintenance releases. Past the buggiest
parts, I assume.

Odd -- the name of the file should be "docs/djgpp/libc.i". cd to your
top djgpp directory, and

        pkunzip -o -d djdoc???.zip

and it should appear, if it isn't already there.
