I doubt if that's possible.  Borland's products are 16-bit DPMI clients, 
and these cannot be mixed with 32-bit DPMI clients such as DJGPP.

Why not use Emacs?  It supports color syntax highlighting (and a plethora 
of other features Borland IDE users can only dream about).
