BCC is a 16-bit DPMI app.  DJGPP is a 32-bit DPMI app.  They don't mix,
documented in the DPMI 0.9 specification.  To mix, you need DPMI 1.0.
The only one I know of is 386MAX 7, and I can't verify it would work there
but that's the only hope.  BTW, not possible under Windows, period, without
a DPMI 1.0 VXD.  Just say no to 16-bit PM apps.
