I'm about as far from an expert as you can get,
 but I think you should be using gcc.exe.

for example:   gcc myfile.cc -o myfile.exe -lgpp


Also don't forget to execute the program: setdjgpp.exe 
before doing anything else.  After that, info should be
able to find your info files.
