A V2 example which shows both far pointer and near pointer access examples
is on ftp.neosoft.com:pub/users/s/sandmann/vbe.zip (2Kb). The near pointer
code needs the latest patches to V2B3 (ie won't compile without them) to work
without recomputing the pointer.

Please, no comments or questions on the code - the sbrk() stuff is still
in development flux so may change. But this should be enough of an example
to get started.
