Is there a assembler command to access a dos interrupt. Mainly interrupt
   0x10 (Video functions)?

I looked in the documents and couldn't find anything related to interrupts.

Is there a C function that access interrupts? (I haven't looked in the
   docs for those yet).

The C function is: go32_simulate_dos_interrupt() check in info.
