Answer is simple: NO !
libgr and libgrx don't work under DPMI ( in djgpp 1.xx )

develop your software under DPMI, but run it without DPMI.

if you want running graphics under DPMI, think about
upgrading djgpp to V2 ( still Beta :-((  )
