What does go32 print when invoked with no arguments?
Can you try to run your compilation with EMM386 installed, or under 
Windows?  If you can, does it happen in those environments also?

Did you apply all the maintenance releases (aka patches) in dj112mN.zip 
files (N is 1 to 4)?

Does the memory leak happen when you invoke any other DJGPP program *but* 
Gcc?
