Download the DJGPP FAQ list (faq102.zip) and read the first few 
chapters.  Chapter 8 describes possible causes of your trouble.  Be also 
sure to read the chapters about installation and maintenance release 
application, to save you grief in the future.  And I'd also recommend to 
download the docs (*dc.zip for every *bn.zip package you got).
