Subject:	cross compile

I've read the documentation for producing a cross compiler from a unix 
system to a unix system.  However, I haven't seen anything on how to 
build a cross compiler to run on a Sun and generate DOS executables.  
Something tells me this has to be possible, though, because djgpp had to 
be build for the first time somehow.
