If you intend to work in a DOS box under WIN31, previously installed, read
the *.wri file for system.ini.  There is a line which must be added, else
the box is restricted to pre-assigned EnvSpace.  Something like CommandEnvS..
equals what ever new assignment was made to the shell line in config.sys.
