Subject:	A copyright query

I have found some source form C software (not djgpp). I want to include parts
of it in a program that I am writing. But it contains this in a comment:-

OK

> so long as all of the original files are included,
But I don't want to include all of it, just some of its component C functions
modified as necessary to fit in my program.

> that it is not sold for profit
OK

> and that this copyright notice is retained.
How is this affected by my abovementioned plans?
