The relevant files are still on location, but have been moved to
different directories. A few days ago I did download xlib and several
other graphics libraries from, I think,
     pub/msdos/programming/libs,
or something.
Browse a little through their directories. You'll come across lots of
other amazing stuff you will want to download! :-) Great site.
