The C header files are in the djdev112.zip file.  The maintenance 
releases only include files which was changed.  You should get all the 
basic release and all the maintenance releases and install them in 
sequence.  I suggest you download faq102.zip and read the first 3 
chapters of the FAQ list.  They include an explanation of the files you 
need to download and describe the procedure to apply maintenance 
releases.
