I've tried several times to get it from this http site with no success.
The transfer hangs and must be terminated. Could someone PLEASE either
E-mail MikMod to me (MIME or uuencoded) or upload it to an FTP site
(ftp.delorie.com contrib directory comes to mind)?

Thanks again for your time.
