Anyone know how to get the BCC2GRX library to set up a SVGA mode?  I've
tried to use the set_BGI_mode_whc() call before my init_graph(), but I must
be using the wrong graphics_driver and graphics_mode parameters because
initgraph() keep failing with a -3 error, "Driver File Not Found."

I've used grx all by itself and it works fine with my current graphics
card (Trident VLB) and djgpp (ver 1.12 maint 4).  The old Borland BGI
library didn't support SVGA modes, so I don't know what to set
graphics_driver and graphics_mode to.

Any help out there?
