Subject: Help: Make with auto-dependencies

OK. I've read through the info make and attempted to do what it said about
using sed to create dependency (.d) files for each source file. OK. Did
that. Now, make complains about multiple target files (e.g., main.o main.d:...)
OK, now what do I do? Is this another example, as with genclass, where the
documentation is either out of date or Unix only?

If someone could please send me a sample makefile using auto-dependencies I'd
be forever grateful. Thanks again for your time. Make no mistake, I think
djgpp is great! Even better if I can figure out how to use it properly.
