You also need the original GNU sources for gcc and binutils.  The
djcrx module supplies some pre-made parts of DJGPP that are hard to
generate under Unix.

With dosemu, yes, providing you don't exceed the capabilities of it's
dpmi server.  For example, you can't spawn under dosemu.
