Subject:	Announcement: Discontinuing support for EZ-GCC

EZ-GCC....an easy to install, fully patched, minimum diskspace package of DJGPP.


Dear all,

During the last week I had 15 (fifteen) requests for EZ-GCC. Due to hardware
limitations I cannot setup an anonymous FTP site which carries all the
sources of DJGPP required to fulfill all copyright restrictions to make
EZ-GCC publicly available.

I have no time for manually serving all the requests. At the moment the
package can be found at our old Mac SE30 which runs an FTP server, but the
connectivity from outside Austria is quite bad. Therefore it might take
several days to download all the files from this server.
(Due to copyright restrictions you need a password for this server.)

EZ-GCC has been on Steve Turnbulls server for some time (Thanks Steve), but
has been removed due to space limits (which I can understand, because we
have the same problems here). 

I have been asking for an other mirror site in this newsgroup/mailinglist
and on other places before and got exactly 0 (zero) response.

If there is someone willing to mirror EZ-GCC (about 6MB) and all DJGPP
sources I will be glad to support this package in the future. Otherwise I hereby
