For now, you can put it on ftp.delorie.com.  I'll have to add a new
"apps" directory.

When V2 ships for real, one of my things to do is to restructure
SimTel's directories.  I'll probably do something like this:

	djgpp
		v1
			dev
			gnu
			contrib
			apps
		v2
			dev
			gnu
			contrib
			apps

I'm not sure if apps should be under djgpp, or in the regular
SimTel/msdos collection.
