There are some vital details about your system set-up which you didn't 
tell. For instance: What does go32 print when invoked with no arguments?  
What kind of memory manager (EMM386, QEMM386, Windows), if any, do you 
use?  How much free disk space do you have on the drive where GO32TMP 
points to?
