Look into the FAQ (available as faq102.zip from the same place you get 
DJGPP), in Chapter 17.  It gives you some info on this.  Since the FAQ 
was written, a Sed script which converts ASM code into source which can 
be submitted to Gas, was posted to this Newsgroup.  You can get it at
