Get the file patNNbn.zip and patNNdc.zip (where NN is the version number) 
from the same place you get DJGPP.  This is a DOS/DJGPP port of the GNU 
patch utility that you need to apply patches such as above.  If you want 
the latest patch docs, download the file dif26dc.zip which includes the 
full hypertext docs of patch (together with the GNU Diffutils).
