Try to add a line
SET 387=NO
in your autoexec.bat file if you don't have a math coprecessor on your
computer.
I once had the same problem as your and it disapeared after I add
the above line. It seems to me that something like
EMU387=%DJDIR%/bin/emu387.dxe
is not needed in djgpp.env file.
