Subject:	Problem getting ladybug 1.02 to run

When I enter 'go32 -d ladybug prog' or 'go32 -d ladydpmi prog', my system hangs
before the full screen mode even comes up.  I set LDBG=oldgo32.  What am I
doing wrong?  The ladybug documentation doesn't even address this problem and
doesn't even describe how to invoke ladybug properly (it says 'go32 -d 32-dpm').
