I have been trying to install this graphics library for DJGPP.  In the 
readme, it says

The 'makefile' in the base directory can be used to install the
header and library files in the standard DJGPP include and
library directories by issuing the "make install" command. NOTE:

But I can't find this anywhere.  I have cbgrx103.zip and grx103m1.zip 
pkunzip'ed (-d flavor) in my \djgpp main directory.

If this 'makefile' does not exist, can someone tell me how to install this
library manually?
