   Also, you might look at wced.  It is found on SimTel mirrors as well.  
Wced is a TSR that you run with a shell, it gives you command line 
completion and nice history functions (history is better than tcsh 
IMHO).  So, I guess my reccomendation is that you try to get wced working 
with ms_sh, that's about what you want.
