I was looking for some info about v2 and I found some interesting online
docs @ www.delorie.com.
Online info is nice but sometimes I'd like not to turn on my modem when I
don't remember an argument of a funcion call ;)
The question is: are the sources for the online info @ www.delorie.com
available for douwnloading somewhere  ? (sorry if it is said somewhere in the
www server but I've not been able to find any reference about them).

PS2: is there available a crash course on DPMI programming
