I also was unable to find djgpp in msdos/djgpp on the various archive
sites.  The djgpp readme stated definitively that it was in msdos/djgpp.
It was several weeks before I saw a reference to vendors/djgpp.  Why not
put a file in msdos called djgpp, with its contents providing info about
the new location?
