V2.0 has a very simple (and limited) dynamic link setup which is used to
support EMU387 if it is not linked into the image.  There is also DJ's V1.11
DLL code, plus there is another DLL in development for V2.  See djtst200*.zip
in the DXE directory for a simple example.
