Heh heh heh.  Don't worry - the interface is now based upon a pull-up menu
(or pull-down, depending where you put it), and the file manager (renamed
to Explorer).

The bar is just a glorified task manager.  Basically, the thing's turning
into a Mac at a horrific rate.

As for stable?  Not by what I've seen.
