GO32 will only swap to disk if you have used all of the memory, or if
you spawn a program (or use system).  Issue the GO32 command without
any arguments and you will probably find your memory is mis-configured.
To disable swapping, set the environment variable GO32TMP to point to
a non-existent drive/directory, something like z:\
But if you disable swapping and are out of memory, your programs don't
run at all, so this is usually a bad idea except during testing.
