  When running with 2 monitors, when calling PC interrupts myself, how do I
make screen interrupts such as "change mode of the monitor'", "write text to
the monitor", "clear screen", etc, apply to one monitor or to the other?

  (1) Are these mono monitors and cards still being made, or are the sellers
using up an ever-diminishing old stock?
  (2) Is there any way to use a modern monitor and card as the second monitor,
and make the PC think that they are mono?
  (3) Where in the PC do I plug the second card & monitor in?
  (4) Is there any other way to have two, or even more, monitors on a PC?
