It is a second video card and monitor, effectively putting your PC
into Zaphod Beeblebrox mode (two heads).  Yes, you can run gdb on the
mono card and graphics on the color card, using the mshell10.zip file
on my ftp site.

Purchase a "monochrome" or "MDA" or "Hercules Mono" video card, and a
matching monitor.  They're hard to find, but Computer Shopper still
has them.  Plug in the card, attach the monitor.
