ScreenPrimary and ScreenSecondary are declared in V2, but you may need to
include go32.h since it is a define string to something in the go32 
structure.  They are already masked to 20 bits
in V2 so they are appropriate for use with the dosmem* routines or the new
nearpointer stuff.
