On a PC with a VGA card, you can install a second video adapter, which
must be for a monochrome monitor (so that the video RAM addresses won't
clash).  If you do that, you can have a monochrome monitor connected
to that second adapter, and then you can make use of the techniques
described in the FAQ whenever it mentions ``the monochrome monitor''.
This dual-monitor thing is a general PC feature, not something specific
to DJGPP.
