In djgpp version 2, please keep the GO32 standard declaration ScreenPrimary,
as it is useful as a way to find the realmode address of the current text
screen as (ScreenPrimary&0xfffff), as the realmode address of the current text
screen can vary according to whether the PC has a color or mono screen etc.
