I found the source of my problem with executables that run under go32
but crash with a floating point error when stubized with coff2exe.  I
was unaware that I needed to #include <go32.h>.  I don't recall seeing 
this documented anywhere (like the FAQ)-- is this an omission or did
I simply miss it?  Anyway, it fixed the problem.
