There will shortly be a docs project mailing list, based at 
Yaseppochi-gumi, and a web page, as well as an archive for documents.

In the meantime, if you want to help, or want to lurk on the list, send 
mail to me at "turnbull AT turnbull DOT sk DOT tsukuba DOT ac DOT jp".  Also, if you have a 
specific request for topics or format in the documentation, let me know.  
Topics will be determined by supply of volunteers, of course, and format 
will have to have some relation to economies of storage, etc.

Things should get started up early next week.  I will make an 
announcement at that time.
