	A ping by address is *exactly* what I am trying to do. It is what
is retruning the error message.

	That is where it is failing, I can't figure out if it's trying to find
teh DOS boxes Ethernet address or the remote machines. Why should it need
the later ?  Why can't it figure out the former ?
