I am dealing with writing small, specialized CAD systems.
I have some experience with some of well known graphical
standards: GKS, GKS3D and PHIGS, and I used them in my work on
the Sun Workstation. Nowadays, a need to write a similar programs
on PC platforms has arisen. So. I would like to know if it somewhere
exists a library of functions (or, even better, classes for C++)
based on standards mentioned above, which can be used on PC (without
installing Linux and X11 and then using all those nice advantages of
   Unix systems).
